Al Hilal includes Neymar in the Asian Champions League list

Saudi club Al Hilal has included the name of Brazilian star Neymar Jr. in its list of participants in the AFC Champions League elite, after recovering from an injury that kept him off the field for most of last season. The Asian list includes 31 players, as Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus decided to register Neymar in the list for the continental tournament only, while Brazilian defender Renan Lodi will also be registered in the list for the Saudi Roshen League. The player registration system in the AFC Champions League allows 5 names to be modified five days before the first match, and the final list will be valid until the sixth round of the tournament, with the possibility of adding new names in the seventh and eighth rounds in conjunction with the winter transfer market. Al Hilal will begin its journey in the tournament by facing Qatari Al Rayyan on September 17 in Doha.
