Saudi Arabia Cabinet has approved the State to incur the costs of e-services related to the e-visas service platform at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for issuing an entry visa to Saudi Arabia for holders of fan tickets (Hayya card) of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Hayya card (fan ID) is a personalized document that is issued and required by every single person attending any of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches. Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced earlier that Saudi Arabia will welcome all the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 fans who are holders of the Hayya Card to spend up to 60 days in the Kingdom during the World Cup season. Haya card is mandatory for all those wishing to attend the World Cup games. in addition Haya card serves as an entry permit for Qatar and the World Cup stadiums. Saudi Arabia had welcomed all holders of the "Haya" card for Qatar World Cup fans, as it announced that it would allow them to apply for an entry visa to its territory, according to a number of controls, 10 days before the start of the tournament.
