Reggio Emilia police succeeded in recovering Milan coach Stefano Pioli's medal, which was stolen from a fan during the Italian League title celebrations. Milan's coach had announced that his medal has been stolen during the celebrations of the title of "Calcio champion", after his victory over its host Sassuolo (3-0) in the final round of the league. Pioli said in a televised statement: "I kindly beg the person who stole the medal from me to pass it on because it is the first medal in my training career. I don't have one but only this.”The Italian League responded, via Twitter, saying: "Don't worry Mr. Pioli, we will give you another same medal again." Press reports revealed that Real Madrid is close to signing AS Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni on a five-year contract, during the summer transfer market. The French newspaper “L’Equipe” reported that Real Madrid reached an agreement with Monaco star Tchouameni on all personal terms in his contract, and the two clubs’ agreement remains to complete the deal, after the player decided to choose to play for the royal team, despite the interest of both Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.  The newspaper added that the Monaco club wants to obtain 80 million euros for me to give up the services of its 22-year-old star, but the royal club is trying to reduce the value of the deal, which is expected to expire next week. The British government announced Wednesday it had approved Todd Boehly's £4.25 billion ($5.3 billion) purchase of Chelsea football club from the sanctioned Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich. In a statement released by the Department of Culture, Media & Sport, they said: “Late last night the UK Government reached a position where we could issue a license that permits the sale of Chelsea Football Club."Following the sanctioning of Roman Abramovich, the Government has worked hard to ensure Chelsea Football Club has been able to continue to play football. But we have always been clear that the long-term future of the club could only be secured under a new owner.“The steps today will secure the future of this important cultural asset and protect fans and the wider football community.
