Stefano Pioli’s medal from the Scudetto presentation has been returned by the police and has been confirmed. On Sunday Pioli launched a plea to try and get his medal back as it had been stolen during the celebrations, and it has now been confirmed that local Reggio Emilia police forces have managed to locate it and return it to the club. Reggio Emilia police succeeded in recovering Milan coach Stefano Pioli's medal, which was stolen from a fan during the Italian League title celebrations. Milan's coach had announced that his medal has been stolen during the celebrations of the title of "Calcio champion", after his victory over its host Sassuolo (3-0) in the final round of the league. Pioli said in a televised statement: "I kindly beg the person who stole the medal from me to pass it on because it is the first medal in my training career.
