A decisive meeting for Lukaku’s Return to Inter from Chelsea
According to multiple reports from Italy, the managers of Inter Milan FC will meet with the Blues to discuss Romelu Lukaku's return to the "Giuseppe Meazza", after a forgotten season dressing the Chelsea shirt. Lukaku wants to play for the Nerazzurri again, where the Blues are open to returning the player back to Italy on loan. According to Corriere Dello Sport, Inter and Chelsea managers will soon have direct contact to discuss the financial details of the deal. Chelsea plan for around €20m to loan Lukaku until June 2023 and can only lower their economic demands if a player from Inter is included in the deal. A new system for the European super league
French press reports said that there is an expected change in UEFA's plan for a revamped Champions League starting from 2024. The European Super combines the Champions League and European League champions, as usual, but UEFA has another proposal. According to the French newspaper, L'Equipe, as of 2024, the European Super Cup will not be between the winners of the European League and the Champions League, where the European Conference champion will also participate in the competition for the Super Championship. The decision and how the conference league champion will participate will be announced soon via an official statement from the European Football Association. The UEFA Super Cup was in principle contested over two legs from 1973 and saw the winner of the Cup Winners' Cup participate until 1999 when the European Union officially canceled the tournament. Real Madrid FC, the champions of the European Champions League, will face Eintracht Frankfurt, the German champions of the European League in the next edition.

Belgium smash down Poland with difficulty in UEFA League
Poland lost to Belgium 0:1 in the UEFA Nations League match held in Warsaw. The hosts could not take revenge on their rivals for their debacle in Brussels when they have thrashed 1:6 only five days ago. The only goal of the night was scored in the 16th minute by Michy Batshuayi. Although Belgium controlled most of the game, Poland took the initiative during the last 15 minutes, having created a number of perfect goal chances. A substitute, Karol Świderski, was close to equalise, but Simon Mignolet deflected his header that ultimately hit the post. With this result, Belgium occupies the second place in the table in Group D standings in the first level with 7 points, while the Polish team occupies the third place with 4 points.
