Nantes secured their fourth Coupe de France crown and their first major trophy since 2001 as Antoine Kombouare’s side edged out OGC Nice 1-0 at the Stade de France in Paris to celebrate a long-awaited triumph to bring Nantes the club's first major trophy since winning the Ligue 1 title in 2001, while Nice won its last three titles in the 1996-1997 season.

Tottenham held Liverpool to a 1-1 draw on Saturday at Anfield, in the 36th round of the English Premier League this season. The newspaper added that it was well received by a large number of European clubs, and it is expected to be implemented during the coming period.
