KSA and Iraq are the most crowned teams of the Arab Cup

The FIFA Arab Cup 2021 organised by the International Football Association (FIFA) in partnership with the State of Qatar, in its modern version, will be held in Qatar this year, from November 30 to December 18, almost about a year before the country hosts the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Lebanon hosted the inaugural edition of the Arab Cup in 1963, and was grouped with the participation of 5 Arab teams Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Kuwait and Tunisia. Tunisia won the Arab title, after winning 7 points, as the tournament was held from one stage in the league system.
Tunisia won 3 matches, drew once, and at that time two points were awarded to win. The Syrian team came in runners-up with 6 points, while the Lebanese team came in third with 5 points.
The first to score in the tournament was taken by the Lebanese Haj Adnan Al Sharqi against Kuwait team.In 1963, the Arab Cup top scorer award went to Tunisian Sherif Tlemceni, after he scored 5 goals.
Since then, Tunisia did not know the way to win the Arab Cup again, after winning the title in 1963.Iraq and Saudi Arabia teams share the most winners, with 5 titles each.
