Rafinha signs his new contract with Barcelona

Barcelona star Rafinha has settled his future with the Catalan club after finalizing a new contract that will keep him at the club until June 2030, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano. Romano confirmed that Barcelona reached a final agreement with Rafinha's representatives and lawyers after completing all the details of the new contract, before it was officially signed by the player. Barcelona is expected to officially announce the Brazilian star's contract renewal this week, with the signing ceremony potentially taking place next Friday, pending the completion of the necessary procedures and paperwork. The renewal reflects Barcelona's commitment to Rafinha, who has become a key player in the team's attack, especially after his outstanding performances under coach Hansi Flick. During his time at Barcelona, Rafinha has made 185 appearances across all competitions, scoring 89 goals and providing 62 assists for his teammates. His contract renewal comes at a time when the player is recovering from an injury he sustained while with the Brazilian national team during the current international break, which prompted him to return to Barcelona to complete his treatment and rehabilitation program.
