Harry Kane leads the English All-Stars in the Bundesliga

English players continue their growing presence in the Bundesliga, with several names aiming to make their mark with their German clubs in the 2026-2027 season. Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane leads the list, alongside Jarrell Quansah, Job Bellingham, and Ethan Nwaneri . Kane enters the new season with Bayern after finishing last season as the Bundesliga's top scorer for the third consecutive time, with 36 goals – his second time achieving this feat in his German league career . The English striker continued his prolific scoring form throughout last season, netting 73 goals for club and country, placing him second in European football history behind Lionel Messi – a figure that reflects his significant impact since joining the Bavarian giants . Kane has featured in three Bundesliga matches this season, starting two of them. His most recent appearance was against Elversburg in the third round, where he scored his first league goal of the season, leading Bayern Munich to a 2-1 victory . At Bayer Leverkusen, Jarrell Quansah is entering his second season with the club after his move from Liverpool. He made 28 Bundesliga appearances last season, scoring four goals . The English defender impressed during his first season with Leverkusen, earning a call-up to England's squad for the 2016 World Cup, where he helped the Three Lions reach the semi-finals . Quansah has featured in three Bundesliga matches this season, starting two of them. His most recent appearance was against Augsburg, where he played 63 minutes in a 2-2 draw . Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund boasts two English players, most notably Joe Bellingham, the younger brother of Jude Bellingham, who joined the German club from Sunderland in the summer of 2015 . Despite initially struggling to secure a regular starting place at Dortmund, Bellingham gradually established himself, starting 14 of the team's last 17 league matches last season and helping them finish second . He has started all three of Dortmund's Bundesliga matches this season and played the full 90 minutes in their recent 3-0 victory over Paderborn . Ethan Nwaneri has also made his Dortmund debut this season, having made history as the youngest player to appear in the Premier League. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Marseille, where he scored two goals in nine Ligue 1 appearances . Nwaneri has featured in two Bundesliga matches for Dortmund this season, starting one of them. His first start came against Paderborn, where he played 65 minutes before being substituted by Marcel Sabitzer . These names reflect the continued growing presence of English players in the Bundesliga, with Harry Kane leading the way thanks to his impressive goal-scoring record, while Quansah, Bellingham and Nwaneri are looking to establish themselves and make a bigger impact with their clubs this season.
