Will Mohamed Salah join Al Ahly of Egypt?

The future of Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has once again become the subject of speculation after negotiations for his transfer to Turkish club Besiktas stalled. This uncertainty has fueled questions among fans about the possibility of his return to the Egyptian Premier League, potentially through Al Ahly. The Turkish club had expressed strong interest in signing Salah during the current transfer window, but decided to suspend negotiations after failing to reach an agreement on financial details, asserting that their offer represented the maximum the club could provide. Besiktas' sporting director, Onder Ozen, explained that negotiations began positively, including discussions about the club's project and technical aspects, before the final stage was hampered by financial demands related to the contract, leading to the current suspension of talks. Despite the Besiktas transfer being put on hold, Mohamed Salah has not issued any official statement regarding his next destination, nor has Al Ahly announced any interest in the player. Salah's name remains linked to numerous possibilities, especially after the end of his historic nine seasons with Liverpool, during which he won numerous titles and established himself as one of the most prominent Egyptian players in the history of world football. Al Ahly fans dream of seeing Salah don the red jersey, considering him one of the biggest names who could join the Egyptian league. However, the completion of the deal remains contingent on several factors, most notably the player's desire, the financial aspects, and the possibility of reaching an agreement between all parties. Currently, the future of the Egyptian national team captain remains uncertain, as he continues to explore his next step after the end of his long and illustrious career with Liverpool.
