Argentine legend Lionel Messi continued his dazzling form in Major League Soccer (MLS), leading his team, Inter Miami, to a thrilling 4-2 victory over Toronto FC in the current season. Messi delivered an exceptional performance, scoring one goal and providing two assists, further cementing his place in MLS history with astonishing statistics. The Argentine star reached 100 goal contributions in the fastest time in MLS history, surpassing the previous record held by Italian player Sebastian Giovinco. Messi achieved this milestone in just 64 matches, scoring 59 goals and providing 41 assists, while Giovinco needed 95 matches to reach 100 goal contributions with 58 goals and 42 assists. The Argentine captain continues to deliver outstanding performances this season, having scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists in 13 matches for Inter Miami, highlighting his significant impact since joining the American club.
