Atletico striker on Milan's radar

The Italian newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport" revealed that AC Milan has turned its attention to Norwegian striker Alexander Sørloth, a player for Atlético Madrid, as part of its plan to sign a new striker during the upcoming summer transfer window. Despite not being a regular starter, Sorloth had an impressive season with Atletico Madrid, scoring 17 goals in all competitions, making him an attractive option for Milan's management, with an estimated market value of around 40 million euros. On the other hand, Milan is still monitoring several other names in the market, most notably Guinean striker Serhou Guirassy of Borussia Dortmund, but the value of the release clause of 80 million euros makes the deal very complicated. The name of Polish player Robert Lewandowski, who plays for Barcelona, has also been put forward to Milan recently, especially with his contract nearing its end, but his high salary is an obstacle to completing the deal due to the club's financial policy. In addition, Milan are also monitoring other options such as Senegalese player Nicholas Jackson, currently on loan at Bayern Munich from Chelsea, as well as Nicolo Trizoldi of Club Brugge, as they look for multiple attacking solutions.
