Manuel Neuer equals Oliver Kahn's record for most Bundesliga wins

Manuel Neuer has equalled the Bundesliga record for most wins, joining former goalkeeping great Oliver Kahn on 310 victories, thanks to FC Bayern's 3-2 home success against RB Leipzig.
The “Opta” network, which specializes in monitoring statistics, stated that  of his 310 triumphs in the German top flight, Neuer has won 233 with Bayern and 77 with Schalke. The keeper needed just 458 games to equal the record - Kahn achieved the figure of 310 victories in 557 appearances. Neuer's record is genuinely impressive, as underlined by a comparison with opponents Leipzig, who so far have a total of 100 Bundesliga wins in their entire club history (in 191 games). Next weekend, Neuer will take aim at the outright record as Bayern target an away win at Bochum.
Bayern Munich strengthened its lead in the Bundesliga ranking table, after raising its score to 52 points, while Leipzig's balance froze at 31 points, to come in seventh place in the German League standings.
Neuer talked about his confrontation with Leipzig, saying:  “Of course, you always prefer to keep a clean sheet. The first goal was unfortunate for us but is part of football. It was the sort of game I like. Despite having so many attack-minded players, we performed well defensively. So, I’m pleased and happy with the win because it’s always a signal to other teams.”
About how long he wants to stay playing in the pitches, Neuer said: "The plan is to continue playing as long as I need, as long as I am healthy and as long as I enjoy it."
