Salah is one game away from a Liverpool record

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, winger for Liverpool FC, is looking to write a new chapter in the club's history when they face Dutch side PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday evening. Liverpool will host PSV Eindhoven in the fifth round of the Champions League group stage. If Salah plays in the match, it will be his 90th appearance for Liverpool in the Champions League. On this occasion, Salah will join the list of the few players who have reached this number with the club, becoming the fourth player after Jamie Carragher (150 matches), Steven Gerrard (130 matches) and Sami Hyypia (94 matches).
