Saka sets a historic record with Arsenal
Bukayo Saka led Arsenal to a well-deserved 3-0 victory over Slavia Prague in the fourth round of the Champions League group stage. Saka opened the scoring from the penalty spot, before Mikel Merino added two more goals. The London club continued their impressive run, securing their fourth consecutive win in the competition and strengthening their position at the top of their group with 12 points, further cementing their dominance both domestically and in Europe. According to Opta statistics, Saka became the first Arsenal player to score in four consecutive away matches in the Champions League, and also the first Arsenal player since the 2003-04 season to register four or more shots on target in the first half of a Champions League match.
