Ronaldo decides his future with an exciting statement

Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has ended speculation about his future and possible retirement, confirming he will continue playing for both his national team and Saudi club Al-Nassr. The 40-year-old made the comments while receiving the Globe Prestige Award at the Portugal Football Globes Awards ceremony, ahead of Portugal's crucial 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Ireland and Hungary. Ronaldo said: "My plan is clear: I want to continue playing football for many more years while I continue to perform well and contribute to my club and country. Why stop now?" He added: "I know that I only have a few years left on the pitch, but I want to enjoy every moment to the fullest." The all-time top scorer in international football confirmed that his passion for the pitch remains strong, explaining: "I enjoy every training session and every match. We live day by day, without long-term planning. Our focus now is on winning the next two qualifiers and getting closer to qualifying for the World Cup. We'll see what happens there."
