Qatar Football Association (QFA) and Qatar Stars (QSL) signed a cooperation agreement with Castle Consulting Engineering. This agreement comes to implement the “The spirit of our moral code” initiative, which is an awareness campaign for the masses of fans , including Qataris and residents that seeks to spread and define our values, morals and good customs in Qatar by using sports as a key-fact for by focusing on a number of axes, the most important of which are: respect, public morals, and sportsmanship. Generally, the initiative aims in to prepare the overall atmosphere in the State of Qatar in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and to welcome the fans coming to attend the tournament by highlighting our distinctive and hospitable Qatari identity. 
The signing of this agreement, which took place on Wednesday January 26, 2022, in Al-Bidda Tower, the Cornich, where QFA headquarters, was attended by Qatar Football Association Secretary-General Mansoor Al Ansari, Qatar Stars League's (QSL) Executive Director of Sales, Marketing and Communication, Hassan Rabia Al Kuwari along with H.E Sheikh Jassim bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, CEO of Castle Counsalting Engineering.On this occasion, Mr. Mansour Al-Ansari, Secretary-General of QFA, said: “I would like to commend the objective of this initiative, which focuses on preparing the general atmosphere and the masses in preparation for the World Cup, as the Qatar Football Association and various partners are working to show the tournament as the best version of the World Cup. We also welcome and support various constructive initiatives aimed at developing Qatari football in all aspects.” 
For his part, Mr.Hassan Rabia Al Kuwari, Qatar Stars League's (QSL) Executive Director of Sales, Marketing and Communication, said: “A distinguished initiative and a step in the way of developing our competitions by focusing on an important key, which is the fans in general, as this initiative will be implemented in tournaments supervised by the Stars League Foundation. Qatar through a series of events and activities aimed at activating the axes of the initiative, wishing success to all in order to achieve common goals.”
In the same context, H.E Sheikh Jassim bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, CEO of Castle Counsalting Engineering, stressed the importance of this initiative which planned construction type project to build  and reflects the morals and decency of the people of Qatar, in addition to comprehensive awareness of behavior in preparation for the World Cup, as well as building sports awareness inside and outside Qatar. 
Regarding the vision, goals and values of the initiative, Sheikh Jassim said that the vision of the initiative is to make our people show-up the positive most beautiful Qatar. As for the objectives of the initiative, they are summed up in upgrading the human dimension, advancing and demonstrating the beautiful values in our society and the most important valuesthat will be focused on are role models, altruism, and patriotism. He added: There will be cooperation and work with the Qatar Football Association and the Qatar Stars League to activate the initiative through matches and in stadiums, and there will be a program to introduce the initiative outside the State of Qatar. Work is currently underway to develop an integrated program for the initiative to achieve its desired goals. A number of agreements with many private institutions and companies will be concluded soon to support the initiative.
Sheikh Jassim thanked Qatar Football Association and Qatar Stars League for supporting this initiative, which is considered one of the most important community initiatives that reflects our values and morals that we will demonstrate during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™️.
