Lautaro tips Mohamed Salah to win the Ballon d'Or

Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez believes Liverpool and Egypt star Mohamed Salah is a top contender for this season's Best Player in the World award. Speaking to France Football magazine, Lautaro said: "When we talk about the Ballon d'Or, Paris Saint-Germain has many strong candidates, like Achraf Hakimi and Ousmane Dembélé, but for me, I really admire Mohamed Salah's performance." The Argentine star added: "Salah had an amazing season in the English Premier League and won the title with his team. He is a player to watch and admire." Salah is competing for this year's Ballon d'Or alongside 29 of the world's most prominent players, including his Liverpool teammates Virgil van Dijk and Alexis Mac Allister, as well as Morocco and Paris Saint-Germain star Achraf Hakimi. Florian Wirtz, the former German and Bayer Leverkusen playmaker and current Liverpool player, is also on the list.
