Neymar breaks silence after being left out of Brazil squad

Brazilian star Neymar broke his silence after being left out of the national team's latest World Cup qualifiers. Coach Carlo Ancelotti decided not to call him up due to a "minor problem" that needed treatment before he could return to action . The 33-year-old Santos striker responded with a cryptic message on his Instagram account, accompanied by a photo of himself working out hard in the gym with a kettlebell. He wrote: "Success comes from desire, determination, and perseverance to achieve a goal. Even if you don't reach your goal, those who strive and overcome obstacles will at least do admirable things." Despite Ancelotti's praise for Neymar's quality, his numbers with Santos this season (six goals and three assists in 19 games) weren't enough to convince him to return to the national team. The former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain player will have to prove his fitness and improve his performances if he wants to secure a place on Brazil's squad for the 2026 World Cup.
