Barcelona star rejects Roshn League!

Barcelona striker Ferran Torres has rejected the idea of a move to the Saudi League, preferring to remain with the Catalan club and focus on his career under German coach Hansi Flick, despite circulating rumors of Al-Nassr's interest in signing him during the current summer transfer window. Torres is a key player in Flick's plans for the new season, as the coach values his ability to play in several attacking positions, in addition to his potential role in compensating for the absence of Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, who is suffering from a muscle injury. Journalist Sacha Tavolieri had previously revealed Al-Nassr's interest in signing Torres after completing the deal for defender Iñigo Martínez. However, Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo quoted sources close to the player who categorically denied the veracity of these reports, at a time when Barcelona continues its preparations with more than two weeks to go before the transfer window closes. Torres participated in the second half of Barcelona's Joan Gamper Trophy match, which they won 5-0 against Como, and is expected to be the primary choice to lead the attack in the La Liga opener against Mallorca, given Lewandowski's left thigh injury. Torres, who finished last season with 19 goals and seven assists, hopes to cement his position as one of Barcelona's attacking pillars during the new season, affirming his full commitment to the team's project and ignoring any external offers, most notably from the Saudi Roshen League.
