Tottenham planning to sign Manchester City star

English club Tottenham Hotspur has entered into official negotiations with Manchester City to discuss the possibility of signing young Brazilian winger Savinho during the current summer transfer window, according to English press reports. The Athletic reported that Tottenham has expressed serious interest in signing Savinho, 21, who is under contract with Manchester City until 2029. Although City's management is not inclined to sell the player, ongoing talks between the two clubs cover a deal that could reach 50 million euros. The report indicated that Savinho is open to a new experience with Tottenham, in light of the latter's desire to strengthen its attacking line with young players who possess individual skills and the ability to make a difference. For his part, coach Pep Guardiola does not mind the player's departure, despite his appreciation for his potential, which opens the door to completing the deal in the coming weeks. It is noteworthy that Savinho joined Manchester City in the summer of 2024 and has since participated in 48 matches for the team, during which he scored three goals and provided 13 assists.
