Saudi clubs are pursuing Real Madrid duo

Press reports have revealed renewed interest from Saudi Roshen League clubs in signing Real Madrid duo David Alaba and Dani Ceballos during the current summer transfer window, given the uncertainty surrounding their futures with Los Blancos ahead of the new season, which begins with a La Liga match against Osasuna on August 19. According to Spanish newspaper Marca, the Saudi Professional League is actively seeking to attract both players as part of its ongoing project to attract top-tier European stars. The newspaper explained that Ceballos, despite his recent lack of playing time, similar to his teammate Camavinga, does not appear to be on the list of players up for sale, according to Real Madrid's management. Cadena Ser radio also quoted coach Xabi Alonso as confirming to the player that his place in the team is guaranteed this season. Despite this, Ceballos remains the subject of interest from some Saudi clubs, but the Spanish player prefers to remain in La Liga, aspiring to compete for a place in the national team squad as the World Cup approaches next summer. Austrian defender David Alaba's situation appears different, as he enters the final year of his contract with Real Madrid, amid reports he wants a new experience. Although he was previously linked with a move to the Turkish league, the salaries offered were not on par with his current salary in the Spanish capital, which would not pose an obstacle to a move to the Saudi league, given the clubs there are able to meet his financial demands.
