A new station for Morata in Calcio

Italian press reports revealed that Como club reached an agreement with Milan to sign Spanish striker Alvaro Morata during the current summer transfer window. Calciomercato reported that the deal will be concluded for 9 million euros, a sum Como agreed to acquire the player's services. La Gazzetta dello Sport indicated that Milan is seeking to end Morata's loan with Galatasaray in preparation for selling him to Como, as the Turkish club is entitled to a percentage of the deal as compensation for terminating the loan. Morata joined Galatasaray during the last winter transfer window on a six-month loan, with a clause allowing an additional year extension, which the Turkish club activated before the new deal became known. If the deal is officially completed, this will be Morata's third experience in the Italian league after his two stints with Juventus and then Milan. The 32-year-old is under contract with Milan until the summer of 2028. He made 41 appearances last season, scoring 13 goals and providing five assists, split between Milan in the first half and Galatasaray in the second half.
