The Competitions Committee of the Al Hilal Professional Clubs Association set the date for the Saudi Arabia’s arch-rivals Al Hilal and Al Ittihad Jeddah will face each other when they meet in their postponed match from the 12th round of the Saudi competition. Saudi Arabia General Authority for Competition announced the new date of Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal match, which will be held at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, in a postponed encounter from the 12th round of the Saudi Professional League to be palyed on the 8th of next March. 
The match was scheduled to take place on the 21st of last November, but was postponed due to Al Hilal Club's schedules with the AFC Champions League final, when Al Hilal was crowned the 2021 AFC (Asian Football Confederation) Champions League winners after a 2-0 victory over South Korea's Pohang Steelers in Tuesday's final.
