Ronaldo exhibition opens in Hong Kong

Hundreds of football fans in Hong Kong lined up to visit a unique exhibition dedicated to Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, the first outside his native Portugal. The exhibition, called "CR Life Museum Hong Kong," opened in a luxury shopping mall and featured life-size statues of Ronaldo, including one depicting one of his famous celebrations and another depicting him wearing traditional Saudi attire, a nod to his current career with Saudi club Al-Nassr. The opening drew a large turnout across all age groups. "Cristiano Ronaldo is my role model," said 14-year-old Alvin Lai, who was one of the first to arrive. "He's special in every sense of the word." University student Henry Singh expressed his admiration for the veteran star's determination, saying, "He's the hardest-working person in the world. He's 40 years old and still in the prime of his life." Ronaldo, who recently signed a new two-year contract with Al-Nassr, described the move on his Instagram account as a "new chapter" in his career. The Saudi team is scheduled to participate in a friendly tournament in Hong Kong next month, further exciting fans in the region. The exhibition, spanning 12,000 square feet, aims to highlight the career of one of football's most prominent legends, offering an interactive experience that takes visitors through his inspiring successes. Thomas Froese, a representative of Ronaldo's family office, confirmed that the star will visit the exhibition soon to meet fans, adding that the exhibition carries "a powerful message for everyone to achieve their dreams." The exhibition will remain in Hong Kong for a full year before moving to China as part of an expansion plan aimed at bringing Ronaldo's legend closer to his fans in Asia.
