Bellingham raises Real Madrid's concerns

Real Madrid has expressed growing concern over the noticeable decline in the performance of English midfielder Jude Bellingham this season, compared to his impressive performances last term. According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, several technical meetings were held at the club's training center in Valdebebas to discuss ways to restore Bellingham to his best form, having been one of the team's standout performers in his first season with Los Blancos. The newspaper confirmed that the team's coach, Carlo Ancelotti, had previously held a private meeting with the player to try to understand the reasons for his decline, whether physical or psychological, especially in light of his declining influence on the field and his absence from the leadership role expected of him this season. Bellingham has scored 13 goals this season, compared to 23 last season. While his goal tally remains solid for a midfielder, his overall performance has not lived up to expectations, especially given the intense pressure surrounding his €100 million transfer. The technical staff also expressed their dissatisfaction with some of the player's reactions during important matches, in addition to his lack of mental and technical presence at moments when the team most needed him.
