Salah criticizes coach Queiroz and refuses to interfere in his technical decisions

After exit the FIFA Arab Cup in Qatar 2021 and the Egyptian team occupying fourth place in the tournament after losing to the Qatar team by penalty shootouts. Mohamed Salah, the former Zamalek star, said that the officials of the Egyptian Football Association did not ask Carlos Queiroz, the technical director of the Egyptian Football Association, to obtain the Arab Cup, in which the Pharaohs won fourth place after their recent losses from Tunisia and Qatar.
Salah went to say that: “Carlos Queiroz lives unlike the Egyptians, and he knows that he is good, so he sits him on the bench.”
The former Zamalek star continued: «Hussein Faisal No one knew him and participated well, and when the fans were thanked for him, he seated him on the bench, and the same thing was done with Mohamed Sharif and also Ahmed Refaat.
Salah continued: “Carlos Queiroz does the opposite of what the Egyptian people love, and this is very strange, and his talk about arbitration indicates that he is a failed coach, and we are not young.”
He continued: The Egyptian team should have won the Arab Cup, and it is not possible to accept Queiroz excuses and leave the emotions aside. Doors are open to those who deserve it.”
