Al Ahly SC has begun early preparations to strengthen its squad ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. The club has placed Ibrahim Adel and Moroccan Mohamed Chibi, both players from Egypt's Pyramids FC, at the top of its priority list to enhance the team’s lineup.

Sources have revealed that Al Ahly is preparing to officially open negotiations with Pyramids FC in the coming days, aiming to sign the players either through a permanent transfer or a loan deal. The goal is to bolster the squad with ready players capable of making a real impact in the global tournament.

Al Ahly's interest in Ibrahim Adel is due to his outstanding attacking skills and quick performance, while the technical staff sees Mohamed Chibi as a strong addition to reinforce the right flank, thanks to his international experience and consistent defensive performance.

Al Ahly aims to finalize its deals early to ensure that the new players integrate smoothly with the team before the start of the tournament, as the club aspires to achieve a historic accomplishment in the expanded version of the Club World Cup, which will feature 32 teams for the first time.
