Vinicius threatened with suspension due to his father's deals

Brazilian star Vinicius Junior, the winger for Spanish club Real Madrid, is facing a legal crisis that could threaten his football career, following demands to ban him from playing for up to two years. These demands come against the backdrop of suspected illegal activities involving his father, who manages some of his businesses, through the illegal acquisition of football clubs. According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, Tiberis Holding do Brasil has filed a formal complaint with the investigatory chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee, demanding an investigation and a suspension against Vinicius. The case revolves around a company founded by the Brazilian player, ALL Agenciamento Esportivo, which is managed by his father and agent, Zacilo Soares. This company owns several professional football clubs, raising concerns about a potential conflict of interest, especially since Vinicius is still an active player for Real Madrid. The crisis erupted when Tiberis purchased a 16.5% stake in Brazilian club São João del Rei, a newly promoted club. However, an unexpected surprise occurred when the majority stake in the club was sold to ALL, giving it complete control over the club, ignoring Tiberis's right of first refusal. Consequently, Tiberis subsequently took the case to the international level, alleging violations of Article 20 of the FIFA Code of Ethics and Article 22 of the Spanish Code of Sporting Justice, placing Vinicius in a difficult position that could directly impact his football future.
