Al-Nassr reaches 900 goals in the Saudi League

Al-Nassr has reached an impressive scoring record in the Saudi Roshen League, following its valuable 2-1 victory over Al-Riyadh, in the 27th round of the current 2024-2025 season. Opta reported that Cristiano Ronaldo's two goals against Al-Riyadh raised Al-Nassr's scoring tally in the Saudi Professional League to 900 goals, making them the second-highest scoring club in the competition. Al-Hilal remains the top scorer in the history of the Saudi Roshen League with 1,029 goals. Al-Riyadh opened the scoring against Al-Nassr through Fayez Sulaiman, and in the second half, Ronaldo responded with two wonderful goals in the 56th and 64th minutes, giving Al-Nassr the lead. Al-Nassr occupies third place in the Saudi League standings with 57 points, while Al-Riyadh is ninth with 34 points.
The first-leg match ended with a 1-0 victory for Al-Nassr, scored by Sadio Mane in the match that took place at Al-Malaz Stadium.
