Grealish slapped after Manchester derby

Manchester City star Jack Grealish was slapped by a Manchester United fan after Sunday's Manchester derby at Old Trafford, which ended in a goalless draw in the 31st round of the English Premier League. According to the British newspaper "The Sun," Grealish, 29, was slapped by a Manchester United fan near the tunnel as he was leaving the stadium after the match. This incident was similar to a previous incident that Grealish suffered in 2019, when he was assaulted by a Birmingham City fan during a match between Aston Villa and Birmingham. Local police confirmed that a 20-year-old man has been charged with assault and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court in July. Meanwhile, Manchester City and Manchester United have not officially commented on the incident, but police began their investigation immediately. Grealish started the match on the bench before coming on as a substitute in the 74th minute. It's worth noting that the match also witnessed offensive chants directed at Grealish's teammate, Phil Foden, whose mother was abused by some Manchester United fans during the match.
