Barcelona's earnings after qualifying for the Champions League quarter-finals

Spanish club Barcelona achieved significant financial gains after qualifying for the quarter-finals of the 2025 UEFA Champions League, following their victory over Portugal's Benfica in the round of 16. This qualification boosted the club's financial revenues amid the ongoing economic crisis. The Catalan club's profits have risen to €67 million so far, having received €18.62 million for participating in the group stage, in addition to €13.3 million in bonuses related to wins and draws in this round. They also earned €9.6 million after finishing second in their group, €13 million for qualifying for the round of 16, and €12.5 million after reaching the quarter-finals. Barcelona hopes to continue their journey in the Champions League, seeking to achieve the title they have not won since 2015. This would significantly improve the club's financial situation and consolidate its position among the top clubs in Europe. On the domestic front, the team is preparing for another La Liga match, when it will meet its opponent on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in the 28th round of La Liga. The team will seek to continue its winning streak at both the local and continental levels.
