Bellingham attacks derby referee

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham went off script during the derby against Atletico Madrid, which ended in a 1-1 draw, in the 24th round of the Spanish League, according to press reports. Atletico Madrid had ended the first half of the Madrid derby with a clean goal scored by Argentine striker Julian Alvarez from a penalty kick, but Real Madrid managed to equalize at the beginning of the second half through its French star Kylian Mbappe, and the result remained stuck until the referee blew his whistle. The English newspaper "Mirror" reported that English star Jude Bellingham topped the most tense scenes of the Real Madrid and Atletico derby, specifically during the events of the first half of the match, after he insulted the assistant referee, after a joint ball with Marcos Llorente, the right-back of the Rojiblancos team. After his tackle on Marcos Llorente on the touchline, Bellingham expected his side to be awarded a throw-in but when the decision went in Atletico's favour, the 21-year-old became furious at the linesman, shouting angrily: "Go to hell man", with pitchside microphones clearly picking up his outburst.
