Ronaldo: The best player in history in numbers!

 Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, a player for the Saudi Al-Nassr club, confirmed in an interview with his friend, the broadcaster Edu Aguirre, on the Spanish channel "La Sexta", and days before his 40th birthday, his pride in his exceptional career, considering himself "the best player in history by numbers". When asked if he was bored of scoring goals, Ronaldo replied jokingly: "People may get annoyed by the constant talk about reaching my 1,000th goal, I know that's my fault." Ronaldo reached his 923rd goal after scoring a brace in Al-Nassr's 4-0 win over Al-Wasl of the Emirates in the AFC Champions League Elite on Monday. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner added: "Numbers don't lie, my career speaks for itself, and I'm proud of every moment of my journey."
