The Saudi Discipline and Ethics Committee imposes fines on Al-Hilal and Al-Ahly

The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Association has officially issued some decisions regarding the tenth round the of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional Cup League. The Disciplinary Committee decided to impose a fine on Al-Hilal and Al-Ahly clubs, amounting to 10,000 riyals each. The committee clarified that the financial penalty imposed on Al-Hilal and Al-Ahly clubs, due to their fans’ violation of Article (52-2) of the Discipline and Ethics Regulations.
The committee indicated that Al-Ahly fans threw 2 water cans towards the stadium track during Al-Ahly and Al-Hilal match, in addition to Al-Hilal fans throwing one water canister towards the stadium track in the same match. The committee obligated the Brazilian, Philippe Augusto, player of Dhamk team, to pay a fine of 10,000 riyals, in addition to the automatic suspension penalty imposed by the red card. Augusto's penalty came for playing violently towards the Al-Ittifaq player, during the match that brought them together in the tenth round of the league
