Mbappe reveals the truth about the rape case!
The French website "So Foot" published a report on the reaction of French football star Kylian Mbappé to the controversy that escalated in Sweden, after an investigation was opened into an alleged rape that took place in a hotel in Stockholm, where the French player and his companions were staying last Thursday. In a quick response to these rumors, Mbappé used the "X" platform to denounce what he described as "fake news", stressing that he had no connection to this case, indicating that such controversy appears "as expected" ahead of an important session in the dispute between him and his former club Paris Saint-Germain. It is worth noting that the Swedish media, including the newspaper "Aftonbladet", did not mention any direct connection between Mbappé and the complaint filed regarding the rape, as they left the investigations open without referring to the player specifically. In the same context, the website reported that the session scheduled for next Tuesday before the Appeals Committee of the French League, to consider the ruling obligating Paris Saint-Germain to pay Mbappé back salaries, estimated at about 55 million euros. For its part, Paris Saint-Germain expressed its displeasure with these accusations, as sources at the club told the newspaper "L'Equipe": "Frankly, this is shameful. We will ignore it and maintain our class." At the end of the report, the site concluded that Mbappé may feel more comfortable away from the media crises, especially at the training center in Clairefontaine.
