De Bruyne comments on City departure rumours

Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has insisted he has not spoken to anyone about leaving the Premier League champions during the summer transfer window. "I haven't spoken to anyone. There's been a lot of noise and news. I said in the summer I'd expect a quiet summer and that's what happened. I've been on holiday, I've come back, I've started training. That's it. Nothing to say," De Bruyne told the Mirror. "After the season, I'm sure there will be talks with City. I just want to feel good, perform well, and contract talks can happen in the next few months. I feel there's no need to rush things." The City star continued: "I appreciate the time and effort the team, the players and the club put in to help me perform at this level. I try to help, and work together. I know what the team can offer me, and there's nothing I can't learn."
