Chelsea looking to bring back Joao Felix
English: Chelsea are in talks to bring Portuguese winger Joao Felix back to Stamford Bridge as part of a deal to sign Conor Gallagher from Atletico Madrid, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. Portugal international Felix spent a short loan spell with the Blues during the 2022-23 season, scoring four goals in 20 appearances. He spent last season with Barcelona, with the 24-year-old making it clear that the Blaugrana are his life's dream. Felix is expected to move again this summer, with Atletico set to cash in on the deal, and he could return to England. That's because the Rojiblancos need someone to include in a deal for Chelsea midfielder Gallagher. It was supposed to be Samu Omorodion, who just won Olympic gold with Spain, but according to Relevo he failed to pass a medical with the Blues. In a bid to keep the move alive, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Felix is back on the Chelsea table, with discussions taking place with his agent Jorge Mendes in London. If the Portuguese striker agrees to return to Chelsea, Atletico could sign Gallagher alongside Manchester City's World Cup-winning striker Julian Alvarez.
