Open candidacy to host the 26th Gulf Cup Tournament

The General Secretariat of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation sent letters to the GCC football federations announcing that it opens the door for nominations to host the “26” Gulf Cup, as well as the alternative countries to host the tournament.
(AGCFF) in a statement via the official account on “Twitter “said it expects to receive approvals of nominated countries wishing to organize the event to reach the General Secretariat the soonest, as it will send the conditions and requirements for the next 26th Arabian Gulf Cup edition according to The rules and standards for the tournament, and the date for the establishment of the “26” Gulf was set in December 2023 and January 2024.
The extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF) has approved that the Gulf Cup tournament (Gulf 25), is scheduled in the Iraqi city of Basrah to be held in January of 2023 instead.
