Egyptian FA reduces Shikabala ban

The Grievances Committee of the Egyptian Football Association, headed by Adel El-Shorbagy, decided to reduce the penalty of Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala” player of the Zamalek team, to eight matches, and a fine of 250,000 pounds during its meeting held at the present time at the headquarters of the Federation.
The Egyptian Football Association on its official account “Facebook” stated that the committee decided to reduce the penalty for the Zamalek player after reviewing the report of the referee of his team’s match against Al-Ahly Bank in the last stage of the last season of the Egyptian League.
The Football Association had punished Shikabala with a suspension of eight months and a fine of 500,000 Egyptian pounds, after the events accompanying after the Bank Al- Ahly match last season.
The Egyptian Football Association has decided to suspend Zamalek captain Shikabala for eight months and fine him EGP 500,000 because of his misconduct after reviewing the report of the referee of his team’s match against Al-Ahly Bank in the last stage of the last season of the Egyptian League.
