Injuries At Chelsea Are A Constant Display

Chelsea's ever-growing injury list has now reached very high numbers, with Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandes the latest casualty after being ruled out of training . The Blues have witnessed a long list of injuries during the 2023-24 season, with coach Mauricio Pochettino not yet finding himself in a position to choose from a fully fit squad. Chelsea revealed on the club's official website that 11 players missed training before the team's Premier League match with Everton at Stamford Bridge scheduled for Monday. Some of these players have been absent for a long time, such as Reece James, Wesley Fofana, and Christopher Nkunku, who are continuing qualifying training. Unfortunately, new names have been added to the list, including Argentine international player Fernandez. The World Cup-winning midfielder suffers a blow that forces him to undergo a "medical evaluation". The same applies to French defender Axel Desasi . English winger Raheem Sterling and Spanish goalkeeper Robert Sanchez are also suffering from illness, which means Pochettino may have to adjust his plans again before facing Everton.
