The curtain fell on the second leg of the round of 16 for the current edition of the Champions League competition in the current season 2023-2024, with the exciting confrontation between the Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan teams yesterday evening, Wednesday. The contract for the teams qualifying for the quarter-finals of the Champions League has been completed, as the Spanish trio Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid succeeded in reserving their place in this round. The list of those qualifying for the European quarter-finals included: Manchester City - Arsenal - Real Madrid - Barcelona - Atletico Madrid - Bayern Munich - Borussia Dortmund - Paris Saint-Germain. The draw for the quarter-finals in the current edition of the Champions League is scheduled to be held at noon tomorrow, Friday, where the draw will be open without classification and will not avoid facing clubs from one country or those that met in the group stage. The first leg of the quarter-finals will be held on April 9 and 10, while the return leg will be held a week later on April 16 and 17.
