Young Turkish player Arda Guler, a Real Madrid player, has joined the list of top scorers for the royal team in all tournaments during the current 2023-2024 season, becoming the 16th player to score at least a goal in the current period. Guler scored a goal in the Royal Club's victory over its guest Celta Vigo, 4-0, in the match that brought together the two teams at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in the 28th round of the Spanish League championship. The Spanish newspaper "AS" reported that despite the lack of a clear striker, Real Madrid has scored 92 goals so far this season in various tournaments, and with Guler's goal, there are 16 different scorers for the Merengues. The newspaper added that Real Madrid's goals came from 16 different players, and only Nacho, Camavinga, Alaba, Militao and Fran Garcia were able to score (excluding the goalkeepers).
