Revealing The Nominees For The Champions League Best Award

The European Football Association (UEFA) revealed the list of players nominated for the Best Player Award in the Champions League during the matches held this week in the second leg of the round of 16. French star Kylian Mbappé, Paris Saint-Germain's top scorer, came at the top of the list of players nominated to be crowned the best in the Champions League this week, after he led the French capital club to qualify for the quarter-finals by scoring a brace against Real Sociedad. English international Harry Kane, the German star of Bayern Munich, was also on the list alongside Mbappe, in addition to the duo: Manuel Akanji, the Manchester City star, and Orbán, the German RB Leipzig player. It is noteworthy that four clubs succeeded in qualifying for the quarter-finals of the Champions League competition this season: champions Manchester City, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich.
