Revealing The Nominees For The Best In Real Madrid Award

The Spanish club, Real Madrid, announced today, Friday, the list of players nominated for the Best Player Award for the Royal Team for the month of January. Brazilian star Vinicius Junior, the Real Madrid striker, topped the list of players nominated for the Merengue Player of the Month award, along with his compatriot Rodigo. The rest of the list included, in addition to the Brazilian duo: German midfielder Toni Kroos, Spanish defender Dani Carvajal, and German defender Antonio Rudiger, while English international Jude Bellingham was absent from the list of candidates for the Player of the Month award. Real Madrid leads the Spanish League table with 57 points, two points ahead of runner-up Girona with 55 points. The Royal team recently defeated its host team, Getafe, with two goals to none, in the match that brought them together on Thursday evening, at the “Coliseum Alfonso Perez” stadium, which was postponed from the twentieth round of the La Liga competition.
