Dybala reaches incredible Italian Serie A milestone
Argentine forward Paulo Dybala continues to write Serie A history in his time at Roma. Roma talisman Paulo Dybala made the headlines again after a stunning performance for the Gialorossi against Empoli in a 7-0 demolition. Dybala joined a distinguished list that includes only 4 players after he succeeded in scoring for the first time with the Giallorossi this season. Dybala scored twice for Roma as they claimed their first win of the 2023/24 Serie A season in emphatic fashion to end a run of four games without a victory this campaign. The Argentine World Cup winner’s quality was evident as he scored the Gialorossi’s first and fourth goals of the game to open his account for the new season. Olimpico Stadium will host Roma and Empoli in the fourth round of the Italian League, in which the Giallorossi lead 4-0, from which Dybala scored a brace. Dybala, 29, joined Roma on a free transfer after his contract with Juventus expired last summer. He scored 18 goals and provided eight assists in 38 matches across competitions.
