Dybala resumes talks with Roma for deal renewal
Italian press reports revealed that Paulo Dybala told his club Roma that he is ready to extend his current contract from 2025 to 2027. According to the Calciomercato website, the Argentine informed Giallorossi director Thiago Pinto that he intends to stay in the Olimpico in the long term. Roma is set to resume negotiations with Paulo Dybala’s entourage for the player’s long-awaited renewal. As Dybala readies himself to make his first appearance of the new season in the upcoming match with Hellas Verona, Roma is taking necessary steps to address his contractual situation with Jorge Antun, Dybala’s long-time agent. The transfer window has closed; while Dybala is looking to the future and sees that will continue to remain with Roma, where his contract runs until June 2025, but the Giallorossi are hoping to extend it until June 2027. This would also see the salary increase to €10 million per season, which Roma is hoping to negotiate.
