Sancho looking to leave Manchester United - Reports

English press reports revealed that Manchester United is ready to allow their player Jadon Sancho to push for a transfer away from Manchester United in January after holding showdown talks with Erik ten Hag. Sancho is to leave for 65 million pounds sterling before the end of the last Mercato, after his dispute with coach Erik ten Hag, but he rejected all methods. Ten Hag dropped Sancho from his matchday plans for a Premier League trip to Arsenal. He stated that performances in training were behind that decision. Sancho hit back in a statement of his own, with the 23-year-old forward claiming to have been made a “scapegoat”. After pinning the post to the top of his personal page on X, formerly Twitter, for more than a week, the 23-year-old deleted it on Tuesday. According to what the English newspaper “The Athletic” reported today, the Red Devils were ready to sell the former Borussia Dortmund star due to his anger, and at this stage, the summer transfer windows were still open in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turkey. The report indicates that Saudi clubs were asked to pay at least 65 million pounds ($81.3 million) for Sancho, but his attempts to leave the club were rejected by the player and his representatives. The day before the Saudi transfer window closed on September 7, Sancho traveled to New York with Aaron Wan-Bissaka to celebrate with NBA star John Wall on his birthday.  The Athletic added that no talks had taken place between Sancho and Ten Hag prior to this, with several players who were not on international duty placed on leave.
