Real Madrid plotting last-ditch of Mercato transfer bid for Mbappe

French press reports revealed that Real Madrid does not rule out making an offer in the last week of the current summer Mercato to Paris Saint-Germain, in order to sign Kylian Mbappe. Kylian Mbappe finally appears to have reached a resolution over his short-term future with PSG but that has not stopped Spanish giants Real Madrid from putting a plan together to sign him. According to the “Foot Mercato”, Real Madrid may make an offer in the last-ditch of the summer Mercato, in order to sign Mbappe from PSG. The report indicated that the lack of clarity about Mbappe's future with the Parisian club so far, despite his return to playing matches with the team, and his failure to change his position in extending his contract, may make him leave in the last days of the current Mercato.
Previous press reports had indicated that PSG would agree to leave Mbappe, in the event that a contract worth more than 160 million euros arrived. Mbappe's contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in the summer of 2024.
