Tottenham gives green light to Harry Kane’s exit

In new developments, Tottenham gave Harry Kane the green light to leave Spurs, as the club fear of losing him for free. Harry Kane's contract with Tottenham expires next summer 2024, and he may leave for free if his contract is not renewed. UK Telegraph newspaper reports that the owner of Tottenham, Joe Louis, asked club president Daniel Levy if Harry Kane should be sold if he could not persuade him to renew this summer. The reason for this is due to Tottenham's desire to avoid losing 100 million pounds with Kane's departure next summer. In the event that Tottenham was forced to sell Kane, he would prefer to sell him to an external club rather than a competitor in the English Premier League, which strengthens the position of Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain more than Manchester United. Increasingly frustrated by the talk about Kane, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou urged the club to sort out his future and admitted he was "uncomfortable" about the situation.
